Maiga Van Haalen, Hygienist

Maiga began working with Dr. Mohr in high school- helping out in the front office, assisting, and eventually becoming the Office Manager. She then went on to Dental Hygiene school at DMACC and graduated from there in 2007. Maiga says that providing care to her patients goes way beyond cleaning their teeth; that it is truly the relationships that are formed in her office that makes her role in healthcare so rewarding.

Maiga is married to Joe, who is a fire fighter for the City of Des Moines. Together, Joe and Maiga have 7 children who keep them very busy and extremely blessed!
